Shelter Reservations
Reservations for 2024 Season
Reservation requests must be made online using the form below. Once your request has been received, you will receive an email or text to confirm availability. Once confirmed, you will have 48 hours to make deposit and secure your reservation. Failure to make payment releases your request and opens availability to others.
Pricing
Members: $135 non-refundable charge at the time of confirmation. This covers your first 10 guests. This rental price is only valid for memberships paid in full at the time of booking. There will be an added $30 refundable cleaning fee charged. This will be refunded after an inspection confirms that trash has been thrown away, tables wiped down, grills cleaned (unless unsafe to do so), etc.
Non-members: $220 non-refundable charge at the time of confirmation. This covers the first 10 attendees. There will be an added $30 refundable cleaning fee charged. This will be refunded after an inspection confirms that trash has been thrown away, tables wiped down, grills cleaned (unless unsafe to do so), etc.
Applicable to all rentals:
- Each guest after the first 10 is an additional $6.00.
- All guests whether swimming or not must pay a guest fee.
- Guest fees may be accumulated at the front desk and paid for all at one time by the person that books the party. Guests will sign in and will pay according to the amount of guests that attend the party. Guests can also pay at the desk as they are entering the club.
- A form of payment must be on file with the swim club prior to the event for any damage or incidentals.
- A signed acknowledgement of the rules and regulations of the swim club is required.
Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age to book a party. If you book a party you must be in attendance. You are responsible for the supervision of all your guests. Trash receptacles are located throughout the club and you and your guests are responsible for taking care of your own trash and overall clean-up. The swim club is owned and operated by its members so we are all expected to keep it clean. Any property damage to the swim club or additional payroll spent cleaning up after your party will be charged to the person having made the reservation. All rules and regulations of the Delshire Swim Club apply to the guests of your party. No glass containers are permitted. Although alcohol is permitted in the pool area, conduct yourself as responsible adults. Absolutely no underage drinking or smoking is permitted. Please remember that you are responsible for the actions of your guests.
