Planning a birthday party, family gathering, or summer get-together? Our shelters are a great place to bring everyone together and make some summer memories! Review our rental options and guidelines below to plan your event.
2026 Rental Pricing
Member Rental | $135
Available to members whose memberships are paid in full at the time of booking.
- Includes the first 10 non-member guests.
- A non-refundable rental fee of $135 is due within 48 hours of reservation confirmation.
- An additional $30 refundable cleaning deposit is required.
Non-Member Rental | $220
- Includes the first 10 non-member guests.
- A non-refundable rental fee of $220 is due within 48 hours of reservation confirmation.
- An additional $30 refundable cleaning deposit is required.
Refundable Cleaning Deposit | $30
The cleaning deposit will be refunded following an inspection confirming the rental area has been left clean and in good condition. This includes disposing of trash, wiping down tables, and cleaning grills when it is safe to do so.
Additional Guest Fees
The first 10 non-member guests are included in your rental fee. Each additional non-member guest will be charged $6 per person.
- All non-member guests must pay the guest fee, whether they plan to swim or not.
- All guests must sign in upon arrival.
- Guests may pay their own fees at the front desk upon arrival, or the person who booked the party may arrange to pay the accumulated guest fees for the group.
Rental Requirements & Policies
To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, the following policies apply to all shelter rentals.
Reservation & Payment
- The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old.
- The person booking the party must be present for the duration of the event.
- A valid form of payment must be on file with Delshire Swim Club before the event to cover any damages or incidental charges.
- A signed acknowledgment confirming acceptance of the club’s rules and regulations is required.
- Rental fees are non-refundable.
Guest Responsibilities & Clean-Up
- The person who books the party is responsible for their guests and ensuring they follow all club rules.
- All lifeguard instructions must be followed at all times.
- Hosts and their guests are responsible for disposing of trash and cleaning up after the event. Trash receptacles are available throughout the club.
- Delshire Swim Club is owned and operated by its members, and keeping our facilities clean is a shared responsibility.
- Property damage or additional staffing costs incurred due to excessive or incomplete cleanup will be charged to the person who made the reservation.
Pool Area Rules
- No glass containers.
- No water balloons. Water balloons can damage the pool’s mechanical systems.
- Alcohol is permitted in the pool area. Guests are expected to drink responsibly and behave appropriately. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited.
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited under the shelters in accordance with club policy and applicable regulations.
- All Delshire Swim Club rules and regulations apply to party hosts and their guests.
If your event will require more than one table under either shelter, you must reserve the shelter in advance.
